Chicken Salad

This is a very light chicken salad that is quick to put together.

Ingredients
1 1/2 Tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
2 Tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Directions
Combine mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.

Fold in chicken, cranberries, and celery.

Serve chilled.
